Physicians and scientists at Columbia University Department of Urology at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital conduct research through Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, one of the Hospital's affiliated medical schools.
This work includes clinical trials as well as basic science or laboratory research on a range of novel and promising treatments for urologic disorders. With both types of research, the work often takes place in collaboration with other departments at the Hospital or College. It is also common that physicians and scientists in our Department collaborate with peers at other institutions as well.
